The First Amendment is often inconvenient.
But that is beside the point. Inconvenience
does not absolve our local government of its
obligation to TOLERATE FREEDOM OF SPEECH.


In a previous Nolensville board meeting, Alderman Felts,
was "censured" without due process of law by Interim
Mayor Dugger, Vice-Mayor Alexander and Alderman Beth-
Weaver-Lothers. His free speech rights were violated
using the pretense of having violated the Code of
Ethics. Mr. Dennis Huffer, attorney, of Tennessee Muni-
cipal League stated in this board meeting that the Code
of Ethics probably didn't cover anything about slander or
libel. And yet, this board took it upon themselves to
censure alderman Felts any way without regard to his
rights.

Next Thurs. 11/2/06 @ 7 PM this same board will again
attempt a repeat performance of voting on a censure
of another alderman Curtsinger based on total hearsay,
gossip and false allegations brought by Sherry Knapper,
former wife of our former mayor. She is widely known
to be a long time viscious critic of Curtsinger with a
well known record of opposition to alderman Curtsinger.
Rich Woodruff, town codes enforcer, disliked by almost
everyone, has filed a complaint with town attorney
against alderman Curtsinger. He falsely claims he was
threatened by Curtsinger and is unable to perform his
duties without fear of retaliation. NEWS FLASH: More
false complaints filed by Lynda Moses, non-resident
and non-voter against Curtsinger. She also is widely
known to be a trouble-maker and all around "busy-
body" throughout the community. Her timing for
these complaints is highly suspect just days before
our election. NOTE! If town attorney, Bob Notestine,
carefully applies an impartial judgement to all of
these "hearsay" complaints he will DISMISS ALL OF
IT AS gossip and unproven accusations. OR HE WILL
INSIST ON HIRING AN OUTSIDE COUNSEL TO INVEST-
IGATE EVERYTHING Dugger, Alexander, Felts and
Lothers have done to date. Also Curtsinger.

Since Dugger, Lothers and Felts are all running for office
and these complaints and whinning charges of so-called
imagined criticisms are totally hearsay all charges and
complaints should be dropped. This entire effort reveals
a last minute desperate effort to effect the election by
all three opponents of alderman Curtsinger.The conflicts
of interest literally SCREAM for citizen outrage & action.

You should plan to attend this board meeting and watch
closely how the board and our town attorney deal with
this totally politically UNCORRECT effort to influence
our local election process.

Election victory comes to those with the heart and com-
mitment to WIN! Dr. Joe Curtsinger, Nancy Kirby and
Craig Stuvick are all absolutely committed to winning
this election. Because they know, as you do, that the
future and prosperity of our town depends on the
choice next Tuesday, 11/7.

In less than a week, your commitment will counted in
votes. In this fight, we cannot afford to fall short--not
by a single vote--or very soon we will see the conseq-
uences in a weak town government sold-out to special
interests and a future guaranteed property tax.

Here is the background information you need to
understand what the 3 AMIGOS Dugger/Alexander
/Lothers are planning to do Thurs. eve 11/2 @ 7 PM.

First, understand why it was so important for Lady
Beth-Weaver-Lother's to CENSURE Larry Felts who
is running for re-election as alderman. DUH? She
supports her friend Ken Thomas who is running for
alderman. Blog reader tells it all: "Lothers
takes out her Bible and super "Christian" attitude
and nails her political opponent Larry Felts with a
censure just before an election, AND she is running
her friend Ken Thomas for his alderman seat. Oh My!
How can this be? (What happened to her pristine,
pure Christian campaign--not for or against anyone?)
People need to turn out and be MAD AS HELL AT
NEXT MEETING. Be sure to vote Lothers and
Dugger OUT OF OFFICE!"

Second, these same 3 Amigos are at it again and will
try to do a repeat "Illegal" performance on another
alderman, Joe Curtsinger, front runner for Mayor.
Just FOUR DAYS before election they will try to
"railroad" and "smear" Curtsinger with gossip and
whining hearsay charges from two very prejudiced
accusers. One is the former mayor's former wife
Sherry Knapper who has publicly stated she is
working to do every thing she can to defeat Curt-
singer. And Rich Woodrufff, much disliked Codes
Officer, who also is working to defeat Curtsinger.

Third, everyone on the board other than Curtsinger
already has a publicly known preconceived opinion
against Curtsinger AND 3 of them are running for
office. Lothers for mayor and Dugger and Felts for
aldermen. So much for conflict of interest. Legally
they CANNOT VOTE TO CENSURE ANYONE!

Fourth, Mr. Alexander, current alderman sent the
followng EMAIL to fellow board members and one
local citizen Mr. Aubrey Short. Based on the content
of this letter Alexander SHOULD RESIGN before
next Thurs. board meeting. He cannot be allowed
to vote. He is prejudiced and has a preconceived
opinion. In fact, he has opened himself up to a
legitmate Code of Ethics violation.
Here are highlights of his email:

From: Alexander via Email.
To: Felts, Dugger, Lothers, Short. 10/26/06
Aubrey: "I agree that our town has(IS) somewhat of a
laughing stock of Williamson county. I have seen it
and hear it at XXXXXXXX meetings I have attended
this year. I also agree it needs to stop. But stopping
it will not be easy. We have one individual (Curtsinger)
who has attempted to divide this town. He has lied,
attempted to discredit anyne who doesn't agree with
him, threatening and intimidating the town staff,
accused people of crimes without proof, and asked the
Police Chief to issue search warrants and arrest
people. This person is out of control...I PERSONALLY
AM GLAD WE HAVE THESE NEW CHARGES
COMING TO LIGHT. WE NEED TO TAKE THIS
OPPORTUNITY TO EXPOSE THIS PERSON (Curt-
singer) FOR WHO HE REALLY IS. "
RESPECTIVELY, JIMMY ALEXANDER.

The above email remarks by Alexander are solid
proof that Joe Curtsinger can charge Alexander
with an ethics violation and ask for his resignation
all in one powerful package. Its all here in writing
for all to see just how stupid this current board
is and how willing they are to break the law.

Fifth, our town attorney, Notestine, although very
weak and paid $100/hr. by Dugger, does attempt
to offer sound advice to the board which they mostly
ignore. Like you should appoint an outside counsel
versed in Constitutional Law to review what this
board is doing and has done. DON'T HOLD YOUR
BREATH they threw out this advice with Felts
and convicted him and censured him without due
process of law. Lothers said he had to go based
on a Bible verse in Hezakiah 2: 3, so that her guy
Thomas could get Felts' votes for alderman.

Sixth, the three RINGLEADERS OF THIS SHAM
Dugger No. 1 Clown and Alexander Puppet-Clown
and our newest Clownette...Lady Beth-Weaver-
Lothers all conspiring to do another "fry-Freddie
Felts" barbecue only this time its all about the
front runner mayoral candidate Joe Curtsinger.
Fear is running rampant that the stronger Joe
Curtsinger's campaign gets..the more "dirty tricks"
they will have try in 4 days or less?

Seventh, YES...YOU CAN do something about this
mess. Attend the thurs. nite 7 PM meeting and
bring as many neighbors and friends as you can.
Come Thursday we only have 4 days to educate
local voters who to vote for and why! Come pre-

consider "censuring" another fellow alderman on

are all running for office and Alexander has already

tell me? It looks at lot like an illegal movement by
a majority of board members to obstruct and smear
the mayoral campaign of a fellow board member!

Mrs. Beth-Weaver-Lothers has tried unsuccessfully
to distance herself from Dugger & Alexander, but
cannot since they sponsored her run for mayor. No
longer can she claim her campaign is honest, without
any political ties. She will probably sponsor a motion
to censure Curtsinger like she did Felts. So much for
her claim of a Christian campaign not for or against
anybody? Vote No for Lothers for Mayor.

that most people avoid even to the point of not voting.

Nolensville's Notorious 3-Amigos Are Back in the Saddle Ready to "Illegally" Censure Another Alderman on False Ethics Charges!

Nolensville is now the "laugh-out-loud"
joke of Williamson County and is
getting ready to do a repeat illegal per-
formance on Thurs. 11/2 board meet-
ing. At your left is a black & white pic-
ture of alderman Larry Felts who was
censured by the 3-Amigos.
They are on the loose again! This time they are picking
on another alderman, Joe Curtsinger, who is running for
Mayor and leading the race! So what to do? Well for one
thing the Amigos cannot allow this particular candidate
to win so let's get up some trumped-up ethics charges to
some how smear his campaign. We can use the town
hall board meetings to get the job done...just like we

Meet the new 3-Amigos team of Beth-Weaver-Lothers
riding up front and Alexander and Dugger riding "shot-
gun" on both sides of their "puppet-mayoral" candidate.
Pulling all the strings of their would-be puppet mayor.
Same old...same old...how's that for a pristine, pure,
no negatives campaign that Lothers says she is runn-
ing? As a leading member of the 3-Amigos she is doing
exactly what Dugger & Alexander want her to do.
Masquerade as a puppet-mayor candidate so they can
hide behind her to continue to do business as usual.

In case you forgot the 3-Amigos held a "kangaroo
court" and censured alderman Felts on an ethics
charge without any outside legal representation, no
proof of guilt and no hearing. Beth-Weaver-Lothers
sponsored the motion to censure Felts and Alexander
or Dugger seconded it. The new/old Amigos riding
high doing what they do best...that is censuring a
fellow board members wiithout due process of law!
Town Attorney recomended hiring an outside legal
counsel. Dugger said town couldn't afford it so they
ignored attorney and censured Felts.

Now here's the rest of the story...the 3-Amigos are
involved with our previous mayor's former wife who
filed some false ethics charges along with a town
employee, Rich Woodruff, of codes to file a whining
complaint and an ethics charge against alderman
and mayoral candidaate Joe Curtsinger. Voters all
over town are outraged that the Amigos are using
our town hall board meetings to score political
points.

How can you as a registered local voter get rid of
this mess? Well for starters you can vote all of
them out of office permanently. Clean house and
start over with a new professional team qualified
to manage our town's affairs. Vote for Joe Curt-
singer, proven leadership for Mayor, Nancy Kirby,
20 yrs. of local, state, federal government exper-
ience for alderman. And Craig Stuvick, solid citizen
with 25 yrs. professional managment experience for
alderman.

Don't settle for the same old...same old rigid way
of "guaranteed majority" rule of our local govern-
ment. Do not vote for Lothers who has sold out
to the old leftovers Duggers and Alexander. Let's
stop this flimsy masquerade that the 3-Amigos
are trying to sell to local voters. Knapper and
Dugger lost millions in impact fees for our town.

2006 appointed interim alderman till 11/06 by Dugger.
6-months on-the-job training doesn't qualify her to run
for Mayor. We vote NO! You decide?

2006 appointed by Dugger to oversee a design review
committee with no budget and no authority to do what
planning commission should be doing. Why did Dugger
allow this design review committee to be formed outside
the Planning Commission where it belongs? One reason
and one reason ONLY to provide more visibility for their
puppet-mayor Lothers. Everything this committee has
briefly touched is the responsibility of the Planning
Commission. Architectural requirements, commercial
& residential building site plans are the responsiblity of
the Planning Commission. This design review committee
is disguised as some new, never before discovered miracle
by Lothers. When in reality it is nothing more than a
political "tool" in her puppet-mayoral campaign. Don't be
fooled this masquerade is hiding Alexander and Dugger
who hope to keep doing business as usual. Don't let it
happen. This design disguise doesn't qualify her to run
for Mayor. Vote NO!

2006 Beth-Weaver-Lothers files to run for Mayor. Alex-
ander promptly withdraws from mayoral race to support
Lothers. Dugger and Felts, knowing they cannot run for
Mayor since no one will vote for them, file to run for alder-
men. This leaves Lother's to run as a "Puppet-Mayor"
to do the bidding of Dugger, Alexander and Felts if elected.
Despite all the musical chairs Lothers is still not qualified
to run for Mayor. We vote NO for Lothers, Dugger and
Felts! You decide?

Lothers worked as an aide in offices of politicans while
going to college. Has never served as an elected political
official. Has very limited experience in local, state and
federal governmental affairs. Still not qualified to run
for Mayor. We vote NO! You decide?

started coming to the local board meetings a short time
ago....you don't have the background necessary to know
what took place in those meetings.

Of course, by now you know that just attending the meet-
ings doesn't help you in any way to grab onto the web-
master job at the town hall. Yes, Mr. Lenderman is paid
$7,000 per yr to maintain the town website, but surprise
he isn't going to give it up to you. Sorry!

Now back to your charts...it appears you are listing the
topics that took place in the Planning Commission meet-
ings. First, you must understand that "concept plans"
are presented to the planning commission for approval.
Once that approval is obtained and the city regulations
are met there is very little that can be done to stop the
development from being built. Both Knapper and Dug-
ger repeated over and over they were fearful of another
lawsuit if they didnt' go ahead a approve the plans.

The Planning Commission then in turn recomends the
concept plans to the board of mayor & alderman. This
is where the process becomes UNFAIR. If the mayor's
board has a "guaranteed majority" then no matter what
happens the concept plan will be approved. ONE LONE
VOTE FROM ONE ALDERMAN LIKE CURTSINGER
CANNOT DEFEAT THE "GUARANTEED MAJORITY".
This was repeated over and over and over through 11 to
15 approved developments without ONE IMPACT FEE
REQUIRED FROM ONE DEVELOPMENT! MILLIONS
OF DOLLARS LOST BY KNAPPER AND DUGGER.

Yes, the record will show without charts and graphs that
Joe Curtsinger repeatedly raised the question about im-
pact fees, lot sizes, too narrow streets and our fire and
police being able to service these neighborhoods.

Bottom line Mr. "borg" Jones...until you show us you no
longer need this "comic-book" support system of Star-

and behind the scenes supporter who encouraged
her to run as a stand-in for him and Alexander

Vice-Mayor Alexander: another original sponsor
who along with Dugger put together this plan to
run her for "Puppet-Mayor" so they both can stay
in power.

Alderman Felts: our first convicted and censured
alderman acting as though nothing has happened.
He is running for re-election as alderman and sees
Lother's as his ticket to continue his confusing
career in public office.

Ken Thomas: currently running for alderman.
He has never held any public office. Currently
working in his own campaign and supporting
Lothers for Mayor.

Gardiner Jones: administrator of Nolensville
Bulletin Board website. Uses title of "G-Man"

liability than an asset to campaign.

Lynda Moses: goes by the name Lymo on the
bulletin board site. Extremely quick to attack
any and all that don't agree with her. She is so
outspoken she may do more harm than good
to Lother's campaign. As a non-resident and
non-voter she is perplexing to local citizens.

Sherry Knapper: former wife of our former
Mayor who resigned in early 2006. Very
outspoken and totally against most of the
current occupants of town hall. Unable to
contain her personal grudges against certain
alderman and office holders. A very serious
liability to the Lother's campagin.

John Lenderman: publisher of Nolensville
Dispatch. First to publish Alexander with-
drawing from mayoral race and how he
swung his support to Lothers. A front page
all out endorsement of Lothers. Nothing
like it for the other candidates. Also felt
compelled to publish two slanderous
letters from Alexander and Felts criticizing
a fellow alderman. Lenderman
has to support Lothers/Dugger/Felts
since they pay him $7,000 to maintain the
town hall website.

A majority of our guest writers are convinced that Gardiner
Jones of Nolensvilletn.net bulletin board is really a front for
John Lenderman of Nolensville Dispatch. When you think
about it they do seem to support the same people. Lender-
men supports Knapper/Dugger/Alexander/Felts and Loth-
ers 100%. Because they pay his contract of $7,000 to main-
tain the town hall website. Jones supports the same people
and is hoping to get some of that $7,000 for working on the
town website? What better way to do it than to become the
storefront ( bulletin board) for Lenderman's Dispatch news-
paper. They both support Lother's, Dugger and Felts.

Remember the paper published a front page article on
Lothers and nobody else. They didn't publish any news
about Felts being censured. And certainly no bad news
about Dugger's many violations of procedure and code
of ethics. Guess what neither did the Nolensville Bulletin
Board...no unfavorable news whatsoever. A clone and/or
copycat of the newspaper and who they support and
who they don't.

The ole' G-Man, (a "wanna-be" assimulated Borg using

These vindicative posters are now going-door-to-door,
business-to-business repeating unproven accounts
about her opponents running for Mayor.

Apparently, the internet isn't working for their camp-
aign so they are being forced to carry their message of
hate and untruths about the personal matters of their
opponents in order to delude themselves into believing
this will help Lothers win. Not so! It will guaranteed
her defeat by voters who will never say anything, but
they hate this kind of campaigning.

SOOOOOOooooooo much for the super Christian
principals of Lady Beth-Weaver-Lothers. It is pro-
bably too late to call off the rumor-mongers because
the damage has already been done. It is very hard to
call off the attack dogs when they are loose and run-
ning wild with a despicable message that you, Lady
Beth hopefully did not approve.

Usually, to be a hypocrite one has to have standards.
Amazingly, it seems these supporters of Lothers
have achieved the nearly impossible being hypocrites
without having any standards at all? Don't forget
Lother's convicted and censured alderman Felts
without any opportunity to defend himself. Of course
she asked Felts to apologize for statements he never
admitted to making?

They have sharpen their posting "fangs" on the
bulletin board site by attacking each other for
months. Now they have taken their pathetic
show on the road or streets of our town to try
and defeat candidates they don't like.

No doubt politics can be a very messy business.
But Lother's having this mob of malicious inter-

knocking on doors is a sure way to make enemies
and lose voters 24/7. We have checked with
many local business owners who do not want
to be quoted that say these people are hurting
their business and they are not welcome.

Many of these people have cutsey-pie would-
be not-so-clever names posted at the top of
their attack messages. Don't be fooled for one
nanosecond they will turn on you and attack
you quicker than you can blink. They have
absolutely no educated background to discuss
issues that our town is struggling with. They
only want to attack an opponent with per-

10/13 Nolensville Planning Commission said absolutely
NOT! They voted down Beth-Weaver-Lother's recommen-
dation to change the exsiting flag ordinance allowing only
3 flags to fly. Despite Lother's, a candidate for Mayor, say-
ing on Ch. 4-TV that she was going to change the law...the
Planning Commission would have nothing to do with it.

They saw it as a unimportant "tantrum" by Suzi Tant
to continue to cause trouble...as the interim Mayor said
on TV its just a bunch of 'HYPE" NOTHING TO IT...
FORGET IT AND MOVE ON! There you have it folks
even the town's planning commission saw through a
"ploy" to fan the fires of controversy over the flag issue
in order to use it as a tool to get elected Mayor by
Beth-Weaver-Lothers.

Lother's doesn't know how the system works and fails
every time she tries to manipulate it to her advantage.
So be it...taken all together SHE DEFINITELY IS NOT

The "Alderman Felts FIASCO"- What Really Happened & Who is Really Responsible? The Absolute Truth!

Alderman Felts posted a long
and accusatory article on a local
website that has a reputation
for personal attacks. Besides
very bad judgment, as an
Alderman, his post/article
was proven to be totally false.

Felt's was apparently not really aware of all the
malicious personal attacks on various residents
and candidates that this website publishes. In
fact, it got so bad that the webmaster was forced
to shut down the site so as to delete all of the in-
flamatory posts generated by a few malcontents.

Sad to say the malcontents are still there and
allowed to continue to spew forth their hateful
venom on any and all people that disagree with
them. So far they appear to be talking to each
other...that is some very few people.

Alderman Felts may not have known the com-
ments he heard probably from this website
were not true. Most people know now who
probably started circulating these false and
malicious accounts about the Fire Chief and
Volunteers loaning money to an alderman
plus many more unproven accusations about
this alderman.

Alderman Felts has this website of malcont-
ents and a certain well known and frequent
poster of falsehoods on the site to thank for
his conviction and censure. Of course,
Felts may have so wanted the story to be
true he went ahead and posted it knowing
full well it was not true.

Either way Felts woke up to find himself in
deep trouble with his board of mayor and
alderman and the Code of Ethics. He finally
posted an "partial" apology to the Fire Chief
and Volunteers on this same troublesome
website. His apology was acknowledged but
not accepted by the Fire Chief & Volunteers.

Then to everyone's total amazement John
Lenderman, publisher, of the Dispatch
published Alexander and Felt's slanderous
letters. Felt's letter did not include his partial
apology to the Fire Chief..an oversight? NOT!
By publishing these letters, Lenderman,
loudly proclaimed his support for Lothers.
And proved he wouldn't publish any other
letters that disagreed with these two letters.

This public publication of these slanderous
letters left the town's attorney no choice but
to file a complaint against Felts. Remember
the town attorney filed the complaint,NOT
alderman Curtsinger, and recused himself
and recommended city hire outside counsel.

The next board meeting opened with a motion
to hire an outside attorney to investigate Felt's
and his breaking of the Code of Ethics. If you
were in the meeting you'll recall the tortured
and twisted attempts by Dugger, Alexander
and Lother's to find any way out of the mess.

Alderman Curtsinger offered to withdraw his
motion to seek outside counsel to investigate
the matter if Felt's would apologize and name
who the person was that he was talking about
in his article. Felt's refused to do so over and
over. Beth Lother's asked Curtsinger to forgive
Felts for sayng things about him that Felts
never admitted to saying about Curtsinger.
Proving beyond all doubt Lother's doesn't
know what she is doing in these matters.

Dugger bemoaned the fact that hiring an out-
side counsel would cost too much money. And
Alexander pleaded with Curtsinger to withdraw
his motion and allow the town to spend that
"unspent" money on sidewalks. (Alexander
should be helped to retire immediately).

Dugger, Alexander and Lother's voted against
hiring outside counsel and thereby proved that
the Code of Ethics isn't worth a dime.

Then Lothers made the motion to CENSURE
Felts without any investigation or proof what
so ever. No justice? Where's her Christian
ETHICS or did they get set aside when she
signed up with Dugger and Alexander?

BTW? What every happened to Resolution
#6-21? In Sept. Felts got censured via
a quasi-hearing? In Oct. 5th board meet-
ing #6-21Resolution to Censure Felts never
appeared on the agenda? How come???
Customary procedure says it should be on
the agenda and in the minutes?
Peek-a-boo who's hiding what from town?


By now you can see the strategy behind all
this..CENSURE is better than an all outside
counsel investigating town affairs. EXPENSE
was never a problem...an outside attorney
with an investigation WAS!!!!! Yes sireeeeee!

Unfortunately, for Felts he had to agree to
being censured without any opportunity to
a hearing or to prove or disprove his guilt.
Beth Lothers, candidate for Mayor, and out-
spoken Christian advocate, declared Felts
GUILTY per previous agreement with
Dugger and Alexander. Felts was denied
any counsel, no hearing, no proof. Lothers
then made a motion to CENSURE Felts.

You say how could this happen in AMERICA?

Well the answer is...the old Knapper, Dugger,
Alexander and now Lother's "guaranteed
majority" at work at their finest coverup!

QUESTION IS? Are these the people you

Alderman.*

Walter T.(Tommy) Dugger III, Interim Mayor
& Former Alderman under previous Mayor
Knapper who resigned in early 2006.
(135 Points)

*Married to Linda for 26 years and have four
children. Attend Tusculum Hills Baptist and
lived in town since 1992.

* Nashville native attended Glencliff High
School in Nashville.

* Worked for 27 years at Colonial Bread as
Sales Manager. Left in 2004 to go into Real
Estate business.

* Served on the Board since town incorporated
in 1996, as alderman, vice-mayor and interim
mayor.

*Served on Planning Commission, Zoning and
Beer Board.

*Only after public outcry Dugger voted to
change ordinance to zero bonus density for
developers to 1.8 per acre as standard sub-
division.

*Served for ten years on Knapper's board and
voted for 11 or more high-density housing
developments without charging ONE IMPACT
fee for town thereby losing multiplied
MILLIONS of dollars for Nolensville.

*During the Knapper/Dugger 10-Reign the
town's relationship with the County Mayor
and Commission grew worse and worse.

*During Dugger's service to the town the
board, planning commissions and zoning
continue to try an play "catch-up" with the
11-15 housing developments they approved
without one dime's worth of IMPACT FEES.

*Dugger's new appointment of Lother's to
oversee a Design Review committee outside
the Planning Commission is a duplication of
committees and should be brought back
under the Planning Commission's responsib-
ility where it should be in the first place.

*Dugger & Alexander refused to fund any
expansion of fire hall and lost control of town
board meeting. Alderman Curtsinger, Fire
Chief and 40 firefighters demanded that the
vote be allowed to take place to fund the ex-
pansion.

* For 10 years under the Knapper/Dugger
local government citizens were kept in the
dark about the facts and barely allowed to
speak 3 minutes in board meetings.

*Dugger mentions total budget of 2 million
dollars as a result of state adequate facilities
tax of $1.00 per sq. ft. of new homes. Neither
he or Knapper had anything to do with getting
this money.

* During last board meeting Dugger was asked
why the treasurer's report shows the town has
spent over 34% of its budget? This means town
will run out of money very soon! He nor town
recorder could answer why the 34%?

*Knapper and Dugger for 10-years have had
nothing to do with our no property tax benefit.
Sad to say from now on only a miracle can avoid
a hefty property tax due to the Knapper/Dugger
10-year reign of total irresponsibility.

The "Knapper-Dugger" reign of irresponsible
local goverment has got to stop...end that is!
The 11/7 election is the logical place to start
to vote in a new, professional team. Therefore,
we cannot recommend you vote for Dugger
for Alderman.

Mr. Larry Felts, Alderman whose term
expires in 11/06, and is running for Alder-
man on 11/7/06.

*Lived in town since 1983. Married to wife Nita
and raised two children here.

* Recently retired from long and distinguished
service with 118th Airlift Wing in Nashville.

*Served on Recreation board and was a Reserve
Deputy with Williamson Ct. Sheriff's Dept.

* Former President of Greystone Homeowners
Assoc. and President of County Chapter of MADD.

*Served under the Knapper/Dugger team that
ignored Impact Fees from developers and cost
the town Millions of Dollars. Voted for high-density
developments over and over.

* Realized too little and too late that town has been
robbed of impact fees it was entitled to but denied
due to 10 years of neglect and lack of action.

* Used very bad judgment in accusing fellow alder-
man of obtaining loans from Fire Dept. along with
other accusations. Later, proved to be totally false
and he was CENSURED PUBLICLY FOR IT.

* Found it very difficult to support fire dept. needs
for funds to expand fire hall. Only after a long and
out of control board meeting did he finally vote yes.

Due to his recently CENSURED STATUS he is no
longer a viable candidate for alderman. Therefore,
we cannot recommend him nor ask you to vote for
him. In the strongest possible terms DO NOT VOTE
FOR FELTS.

Ms. Nancy Kirby, Doctor/Clinical Psychology
running for Alderman 11/7/06. (400 Points)

* Solid citizen credentials who is willing to work
very hard for town and arrive at impartial decis-
ions that will help our town move forward.

*Strong supporter of a wide range of citizen input
without any strings attached. Residents must be
heard and feel like their opinions really matter.

*Willing to meet the developers head-on so that
their prosperity doesn't come at the expense of
our town's infrastructure.

* Work to be more fiscally responsible and avoid
the loss of valuable dollars due to ignorance and/or
bad timing.

* She is a fiercely independent woman more than
capable of interacting with all kinds of people and
used to using her advanced degree training to get
the best solution.

Dr. Nancy Kirby will be a superb alderman and we
are delighted to recommend her and ask that you
vote for her on 11/7/06. Education in this fast paced
world is where it is at...the more advanced degree
people we can elect the better. Nolensville is crying
out for a professional team of highly educated talent.

*Moved to Nashville in 1992 and to Nolensville in
1996. Married with one daughter.

assistant soccer coach.

ideas to manage the overwhelming growth.

* Has responsiblity for multi-million dollars worth
of inventory at Ingram on day to day basis.

* Experienced in working with mutiple departments
in a very large company to meet different goals.

* In favor of controlled growth that balances the
residential and commercial areas.

* In favor of expanding fire department to full time
basis when the funding is available.

* Knows how important it is for board and planning
commission to work closely together.

We strongly recommend Craig as our newest and next
alderman on 11/7/06. His background in managing a
key dept. budget will go a long way to help Nolensville.
