NEWS FLASH FOR OUR EMBEDDED "ASSIMILATED BORG" (G.JONES) OF NOLENSVILLE.NET! NOW HEAR THIS!

Isn't this awful! The fearful leader of the
nolensville bulletin board middle-aged
and still playing games expecting us to
believe one word out of his mouth?

Oh Well....here goes nothing!

Mr. "borg" Jones your charts, graphs
and long lists of topics that occured in
the Planning Commission meeting of
Nolensville are totally irrelevant...mean absolutely noth-
ing to a registered voter. Here's why! Since you only
started coming to the local board meetings a short time
ago....you don't have the background necessary to know
what took place in those meetings.

Of course, by now you know that just attending the meet-
ings doesn't help you in any way to grab onto the web-
master job at the town hall. Yes, Mr. Lenderman is paid
$7,000 per yr to maintain the town website, but surprise
he isn't going to give it up to you. Sorry!

Now back to your charts...it appears you are listing the
topics that took place in the Planning Commission meet-
ings. First, you must understand that "concept plans"
are presented to the planning commission for approval.
Once that approval is obtained and the city regulations
are met there is very little that can be done to stop the
development from being built. Both Knapper and Dug-
ger repeated over and over they were fearful of another
lawsuit if they didnt' go ahead a approve the plans.

The Planning Commission then in turn recomends the
concept plans to the board of mayor & alderman. This
is where the process becomes UNFAIR. If the mayor's
board has a "guaranteed majority" then no matter what
happens the concept plan will be approved. ONE LONE
VOTE FROM ONE ALDERMAN LIKE CURTSINGER
CANNOT DEFEAT THE "GUARANTEED MAJORITY".
This was repeated over and over and over through 11 to
15 approved developments without ONE IMPACT FEE
REQUIRED FROM ONE DEVELOPMENT! MILLIONS
OF DOLLARS LOST BY KNAPPER AND DUGGER.

Yes, the record will show without charts and graphs that
Joe Curtsinger repeatedly raised the question about im-
pact fees, lot sizes, too narrow streets and our fire and
police being able to service these neighborhoods.

Bottom line Mr. "borg" Jones...until you show us you no
longer need this "comic-book" support system of Star-
Wars adventures most readers of your site just won't
accept what you say as being anywhere near reality?
Middle age crisis can be terrible but you need to drop
the "borg business". People are laughing about it.

and long overdue change on 11/7/06. Retire Dugger and

Where did all the grown-up adults go? OMG we got one of them for-real one-eyed borgs in our midst. My kids think it is cool. I think its nuts? Now we got a so-called community "bull" board by a "borg" What has happened to us? Nobody is going to believe one word from this "looney-bin borg board". Talk about being made fun of...our kids are going crazy with this nutty stuff. Don't know but hate-mail from this collection of odd-balls would seem to be perfectly natural. Voting day can't come fast enough. We know Kirby and Stuvick...Curtsinger is certainly qualified putting up with these nut cases.
