NEXT THURS. 11/2/06 NOLENSVILLE BOARD "PLOTS" TO CENSURE ANOTHER ALDERMAN ILLEGALLY-without MERIT!

Dr. Joe Curtsinger, alderman, running
for Mayor. Conservative 2 yr. veteran
board member. Next target of board?

Mr. Larry Felts, alderman, running for
re-election as alderman. Censured by
fellow board members for ethics pro-
blem without hearing, proof of guilt
or legal representation. Uncertain how
he will vote in Thurs. 11/2 meeting?
(Vote NO for alderman)

Mr. Jimmy Alexander, alderman who
withdrew from mayoral race. Also Vice-
Mayor and outspoken critic of fellow
alderman Curtsinger. Voted to censure
Mr. Felts. Will push hard to censure
Curtsinger despite his obvious conflict
of interest.

Mrs. Beth-Weaver-Lothers, interim
alderman til 11/06. 6-months on the
board now running for Mayor. Sponsor-
ed by Dugger/Alexander so will vote
against Curtsinger like she voted to
censure Felts. Despite her conflict
of interest. (Vote NO for Mayor!)

Mr. Tommy Dugger, interim Mayor,
former alderman running for re-elect-
ion as alderman (vote NO!).Outspoken
critic of Curtsinger. Voted to censure
Mr. Felts. Will push to some how
censure Curtsinger despite his
obvious conflict of interest.

Now you have a list of all the players in Nolensville's
LOL board of mayor and aldermen. CLICK HERE
for latest article in Tennessean. Local residents and
voters are outraged over how the town board meet-
ings are being USED to push a political campaign.

No surprise that just days before the election the
Nolensville board on Thurs. nite 11/2 intends to
consider "censuring" another fellow alderman on
false, hearsay charges to smear his campaign. A
concentrated effort by fellow board members to
try and "harm" the mayoral lead of Curtsinger.

Your blood is probably "boiling" by now after you
understand just what is going on in Nolensville's
election process. Since Dugger, Lothers and Felts
are all running for office and Alexander has already
declared his public opposition to Curtsinger you
tell me? It looks at lot like an illegal movement by
a majority of board members to obstruct and smear
the mayoral campaign of a fellow board member!

Mrs. Beth-Weaver-Lothers has tried unsuccessfully
to distance herself from Dugger & Alexander, but
cannot since they sponsored her run for mayor. No
longer can she claim her campaign is honest, without
any political ties. She will probably sponsor a motion
to censure Curtsinger like she did Felts. So much for
her claim of a Christian campaign not for or against
anybody? Vote No for Lothers for Mayor.

By now you'll agree politics is a very MESSY business
that most people avoid even to the point of not voting.
This is wrong and it will cost you money. Get to know
who to vote for and do it! Help us OVERTHROW this
illegal "guaranteed majority"! CLICK HERE for more
on the "toothless" Code of Ethics.

VOTE FOR CURTSINGER FOR MAYOR....KIRBY
FOR ALDERMAN AND CRAIG STUVICK FOR
ALDERMAN. Help us clean house on 11/7/06!!!!!!

Send in your comments and emails! Early voting
till 11/2/06. Election day 11/7/06 don't miss it!

If this weren't so sad, it would be funny. Talk about desperate. And yes, it is obvious from the email that Alexander has already made up his mind before hearing the evidence before him. This group cannot objectively vote on this ethics charge so close to the election. It would be an obvious conflict of interest since 3 of them are running for office and the 4th one is the 'accused'. Not to mention that Alexander has already made up his mind.

All should be legally required to recuse themselves and Dr. C should have a right to an impartial investigation.

It makes an honest person's blood boil...

And I had hoped that Beth, although I don't believe that she is the best candidate would be above all this.

Nolensville should support candidates who want town administrator

Published: Friday, 10/27/06
To the Editor:

Three candidates for offices for the town of Nolensville — mayoral candidate Joseph Curtsinger and aldermanic candidates Nancy Kirby and Craig Stuvick — are supporting the appointment of a town administrator if they are elected on Nov. 7.

Some candidates state that we cannot afford one. With a mayor/aldermanic charter government, the aldermen are left out of the planning and decision-making about items affecting our daily lives unless they appoint an administrator. Witness the attitude of the past 10 years when the mayor said that he ran the town's business and that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen could only legislate and had no right to question happenings at Town Hall.

We must afford a professional town administrator.

If we, the residents of the town of Nolensville, want to eliminate "a one-man show," vote for Curtsinger, Kirby and Stuvick to give the entire board a say in what really goes on in Nolensville.

Lothers takes out her bible and super"christian" attitude and nails her political opponent Larry Felts with a censure just before an election, AND she is running her friend Thomas for his seat!Oh my!
How can this be. Where is Sandie Sullivan to comment on her clean campaign?
People need to turn out and be mad as hell at next meeting AND be sure to vote lothers and dugger out!
