and what a victory! "Newest commissioner
a proponent of slower growth in county." so
says Tennessean headline in today's paper.
That's good news to almost everybody in
Nolensville. "At 34, he is currently the young-
est commisioner. And, perhaps most notably,
he's the only challenger who beat an incum-
bent in this year's election." Para favors man-
aged and responsible growth, things he says
are in short suppy. Please take the time to
