PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT?
Is this an OPEN & TRUSTING
MAYORAL TEAM OR WHAT?
7:15 PM Back to Pud Politics
unlimited time to spin & pound
pud's into local citizen's brain
cells! Like it or not you will
accept PUD's because you are
too stupid to know the differance!
Don't be late to class, Alexander
the PUDMeister will not like it.
Talk about your visiting royalty this just about
takes the cake! Interrupting a very important
INDOCTRINATION MEETING TO POUND
HOME the incredible benefits of cramming tiny
homes into tiny lots on tiny streets....i.e. PUDs!
Alexander the Great "PudMaster" probably
won't like this intrusion on his pud turf, but as
you can see it is far more important than a
workshop.
What next.."dinner on the grounds" to award a
developer, Nolensville's highest Citizen of the
Year Award?
Why can't this adoption process for right-of-
way wait until next BOMA meeting May 4th?
OH we forgot..Mr. Moon may have requested
this adoption ASAP so hop to it Interim Mayor
no preferred treatment...just do it NOW! Time
is money and we can't keep a developer waiting.
This adoption meeting includes Sam Donald
new right-of-way courtesy of Bent Creek.
Don't you all just love it...how much our interim
mayor and supporters leave no doubt as to who
is really in charge? No 21-day notice of meeting?
Developers are more important than any thing
else on the town hall agenda--you betcha!
We can't have developers moaning and pitching
a fit. So interim mayor better hop to it. Don't
you understand Mr. Moon just might slap one
more lawsuit on town...so fair warning to all
our aldermen Dugger needs an approval P.D.Q!
Can you say @#$% Developers are at it again!
You got that right! It's happening more & more.
Score remains Nolensville ZERO impact fees
and Developers 8 or 9 maybe 11 no impact fee
developments? Who keeps score anymore?
Why bother? Our home team continues to faint
& be afraid to ask for impact fees over and over.
Can you shout where or where is a profess-
ional town manager/accountant who knows
how to negotiate a tough no nonsense contract?
Left over full time real estate agents and ex-
bureaucrats haven't got the foggiest idea of
what needs doing?
SEVEN months to go until we can elect a new
team. Hang on...we can't quit now! Got to keep
attending meetings-asking questions and telling
everybody in and out of town to keep the pres-
sure on. You know what's coming next-it is right
out of the Knapper Handbook. We are in charge.
..don't tell anybody anything...and keep the
guaranted majority on the board at all costs.
Pitch a fit and send us your best comments!
Don't forget to vote in our straw Polls!

Now you have Jimmy the Joke advising Dugger about the secret meetings he is so famous for!
Classic move much like all the other deals he has been involved with. He won't speak at meetings when we confront him about how he sold us out on his PUD voting.
Hey Alexander....get ready for here we come!
Did I miss something? I don't see a notice of this special meeting on the Nolensville web site, or maybe it's hidden away someplace. Has the right-of-way had a first reading yet? Me-thinks maybe our Mayor is trying to sneak this through a meeting that will probably have very low attendence since everyone already understands the PUD concept. Or maybe he's trying to up the attendence by putting a rider on the agenda for a controversial item (which may not have been so controversial if brought up in proper order). I'm one of the newcomers here in town, but I come from a place where we recall elected officials who deliberately misuse their trust of office. You may remember hearing the name Gray Davis, actually you probably heard more about Arnold S. But the main thing that got Gray recalled was that he totally mismanaged the energy crisis from the beginning, then refused to reveal the contracts he signed in private, even to the state Controller. The Controller (same political party as Gray) eventually had to sue to get the documents that should have been public all along. Now this is a different situation, however I do see some paraelles. What justifies going around the rules for a right-of-way approval? I guess we'll find out on Monday.
They are afraid of MR. M. and his BULLIES
Get used to it if you live in the current Nolensville,
The secret society of Dugger and Alexander is just a continuation of the Knapper regime. Jimmy the Joke spent an entire career of backdoor deals in Metro. Now he becomes the point man for Dugger and is guiding him through his time of turmoil. And how better to do things than with a secret BOMA meeting right in the middle of a workshop( when no votes are to be taken, therefore folks may feel they don't need to turn out). Get rid of these guys.
It is a true shame that Jimmy Alexander forgot his promises he made to the citizens when he ran for office. I supported him and now I am saddened by his apparent betrayl of the townsfolk. Mr Alexander..do the RIGHT THING and resign your office...you were elected by your lies and we you are not what we voted for.
They took advantage of the kind hearted people of this town but the truth will be known and it will happen to be sure.
why don't we just file a recall petition on alexander and then vote it the next election.
Town out of control!
Why have we allowed this SECRET society to exist.
We must demand our leaders to be forthcoming and open with us!

Has everyone noticed the Town Website is not a source for timely information, even though Nolensville Town owns it and pays $7,000 to have it updated? What a waste of money.
And the Dispatch has almost never had any Town Hall news since the last owner bought it.
They are both done by the same person, but he is obviously too busy selling real estate to attend meetings or do his job for the Town and his advertisers.
If he came to meetings he would hear all the complaints.
I have already voted for Lew Green
and Nolensville preservation activist Sharon Zieman. I highly recommend early voting thru the 27th. It is so quick and easy, but turn out has been very, very poor so far. The very LEAST you can do to help is go VOTE for these 2 great Nolensville representatives to be on our county Commission.

Help - I'm new in town and am a registered voter, but where do you get information on voting? I haven't received anything in the mail?
Sounds like a good choice for our elected Commissioners. Both Lew and Sharon have lived in this area long enough to understand the issues of growth and the need for balance. I like the idea of no special interest also.
We have some good candidates for our County this election.
We hope others will step up to run for the Town election this fall.
Welcome 3:40 AM to Nolensville..here are some places you need to call or contact.
www.williamsoncounty-tn.gov on the internet or call 790-5711. Also call 776-3633. Both places will help you register to vote. Keep reading the blog for what's happening in town.
