NEWS FLASH! Franklin Sources & Those Close to Planning & Design Teams Say Nissan is Looking at Nolensville Properties!

Sources tell us NISSAN is looking for a special
place in Nolensville to build Executive-Office
Condo Residences for key employees and their
families. Several sites are being considered in
Nolensville. It appears one location is currently
favored. That being Tom Moon's acres that he
bought from the Green family and now for sale.
Key location being on Rocky Fork across from
the new elementary school. Sources say ever
thing depends on the tax benefits available from
Nolensville, water availability and the re-align-
ment of Rocky Fork to handle a much bigger
traffic load? Seems the location is very desire-
able to Nissan between the Smyrna plant
and their new headquarters in Cool Springs.

Interim Mayor Dugger waited 20 days to
share Mr. Steve Cates' (of Bent Creek)
letter with board about calling a meeting
of town decision makers about the new
neighborhood shopping center. (pink area
on map above). Now 21 days and count-
ing we can only hope interim mayor has
responded to Cates' letter as having receiv-
ed it? As to a meeting who knows when?
Hopefully, something will happen before
Cates' decides the town really isn't interest-
ed?

Mr. Flip-Flopper's
wobbly water letter
deserves a closer look!
It's called a "water
availability" letter?
Curious? It's not
a "water approval
letter?" Hold that
thot?

Availability...
doesn't mean an
approval! Right?

Letter goes on to
say "water only for
domestic use?"

Means what?????
You can drink it.
Shower in it. Flush
the toilet. But you
can't water lawn?
Says who?

Who is going to stop the owner of a
$700 thousand home from watering his
$25,000 custom sod lawn? Better yet,
who is going to buy a custom-built half a
million dollar home with built-in lawn
sprinkling system and not be able to
turn it on? I.E. Governor's Club homes.

Mr. Pudmeister's "water letter" is not
what it seems! It seems to be a hastily
concocted ambiguous unenforceable
letter. Probably won't survive a court
examination. Well what is it, then?

It is an attempt to appear as though it
is indeed a water approval letter allow-
ing two large home developments
to proceed to build. Despite Brittain
Downs being turned down for a water
approval letter in 1/06. BOMA
approved it anyway? Without a water
approval letter? A minor oversight
according to Woodruff town engineer.

All this effort takes your breath away!
The incredible and what seems to be
illegal efforts expended by Alexander
to get a "quasi-availability water" letter
so that two yet-to-be approved PUD's
can continue to plan to build. Despite
an acute water shortage? Everybody
will be happy to "ration" their water
usage so a large PUD can be built?

As one of our readers said..."this has
got to be so good for Alexander" that
he has no choice but to bend all the
rules...full speed ahead.. damn the
torpedoes! Now we know what seems
to be a kind of pressure can apparently
do to an elected alderman to seem to
violate his own oath of office and the
new Code of Ethics?

It is the only common sense reason
why our flip-flopping Pudmeister
alderman Alexander would behave
this way? Worse yet, it isn't what
most people want in a wanna-be-
mayor in Nov. 2006 election.

Sept. 14th is the next Planning Comm-
ission meeting. This is your chance
to STOP this undercover effort by
Alexander to get approvals for these
two huge PUD developments. Using
what seems to be a counterfeit letter
of water availability to secure a
future building approval. It is not too
late to send your emails and letters to
every member of the Planning Group.
Go to town hall website for their email
addresses, phones and home addresses.

Remember, it appears our interim mayor
Dugger and fellow members of the board
knew nothing about Alexander's unauthor-
ized meeting with water dept. lobbying for
a letter for Brittain Downs and Centex/
Nicholas developments.

What we have here seems to be a renegade
vice-mayor/alderman running loose without
authority attempting to make deals strictly
on his own on behalf of two very large PUDS!
You decide for yourself does 2 plus 2 really
equal 4 or 5 or just how much more?
Apparently the sky isn't even the limit?

Yes, you are dead right this is serious business
and can affect our town for years to come! So

How can this be? Right smack dab in the
middle of a water shortage?
Remember there never was a water approval
letter issued for Brittian Downs. But it was
approved anyway?
Now in the
middle of an
acute water
shortage
"WA-LA"
the "Pud-
meister"
works a
miracle!

Water comes gushing forth where there was
NONE? It's almost Biblical! But only for Mr.
Yazadian's Pud-Brittain Downs. And Centex's
on Nicholas' farm. Can you say Pro-Pud's
at any cost no matter what? The old flip-
flopper is at work again. Alexander who got
elected on his promise.."Puds don't work in
Nashville and they won't work in Nolensville!"
He flip-flopped and voted for PUD's every
time! And is now hard at work finding water
for even more Puds! What happened to his
oath of office to represent the people's wishes
(no more Puds) and the new Code of Ethics?
Alexander is running to be the next Mayor.
Mr."flip-flopper"wants to be our Mayor?
Most local voters want no part of Alexander
the "flip-flopping Pudmeister".
Sorry Mr. Alexander thanks to you we are
full-up with your PUD's. Please peddle your
Pud's some where else Nolensville is full-up!

best written "missle"re: the old "Pudmeister".

just stop. Hard to do? Yes. Simple? Yes.

No blame games allowed! No it wasn't be-
cause you were abused as a child. No it wasn't
because you were poor, white or black, boy or
girl.

Remember the world famous line..
"Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!" The
President's closest advisors told him he could
not say this politically incorrect demand.
Reagan's instincts told him otherwise. He
said it and Gorbachev did it. Simple as that.

Ever tried to sell something to someone and
you talked too long and failed to ask for the
order. Happens everyday over and over.
Sound too simple...Yes! But it works. Why?
Because the buyer said "you sold me in 5
minutes and I was ready to order, but you

It appears a very high number of posts are
written by site's two managers that generate
rather caustic comments by their readers.
Guess this says it all they've been doing the
very thing they accused everybody else of
doing? Guess the "christians" got trampled
by the hungry lions. Don't you just hate it
when even the lions smell a counterfeit?

Early poll results show 60% Yes and 40% No.
Trouble is if all negative posts and comments
are deleted what's left? That's for you to decide?
If they enforced their own registration rules it
seems like no one would be left to manage the
