OPEN LETTER TO: ALDERMEN ALEXANDER & FELTS FROM LOCAL VOTERS!

Nolensville may not be "Paradise Acres",
but you can see it and the pot of gold at
the end of the rainbow from almost
everywhere in our fair city.

ATTENTION: Mr. Alexander you were
elected as an alderman by many voters
who thought your 30 yrs. experience in
municipal governments would be very
valuable in Nolensville. You'll recall
you ran on a promise that said PUD's
don't work in Nashville and they won't
work in Nolensville. As local voters we
took you at your word and voted you in
as alderman.
People are now asking
WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? Why
did you flip/flop and vote for PUD's ?
We are keenly disappointed in you and
your record of meekly going along with
the mayor and voting to support him
everytime. People have moved to the
Nolensville area because it is truly one
of the last remaining "unspoiled" areas.
Your continued support of the mayor
and his runaway housing development
program is nothing less than a "sellout."
Your original position on PUD's was a
solid foundation we as voters thought
together we could build on. Protecting
our city from congestion and future
blighted neighborhoods sounded good.
BEFORE THURS. 2/2/06 BOMA ......
WHY NOT LOOK IN THE MIRROR
AND SEE IF YOU CAN FIND THE
IMAGE OF THE TRUE & DEPEND-
ABLE ALDERMAN WE ALL THOUGHT
YOU WERE AND BRING "HIM" TO THE
MEETING HE CAN STAND UP TO THE
MAYOR AND VOTE HIS VERY
OWN MIND WITHOUT COMPROMISE.

ATTENTION: Mr. Felts you were elected as
alderman by many local voters because you
appeared to be a strong and independent
leader who knows his own mind. You were
the first to keep after the Mayor about a Code
of Ethics and why it is so necessary. You were
the first to firmly suggest that every board
member should be careful not to reflect on
another's reputation and character. These
were all solid gold concepts and we as voters
were counting on you to continue to promote
them. But alas...something has happened to
you and your participation on the board. Out
of sight out of mind seems very appropriate.
WHAT HAPPENED? Who stepped on your
pride or did it get up and go? With the Mayor
voting plus only four other aldermen..YOU
CANNOT SIT ON THE SIDELINES NO WAY!
Before the next BOMA take some time to reflect
and look into the mirror and see if you can find
the Felts that everybody voted for...and bring
him to the meeting. He will be welcomed as
never before. You know down deep in your heart
things have got to change or else we will inherit
deep debt problems and this current mayor will
be long gone. The Mayor's Majority Machine has
got to stop. Felts and Alexander as a team are the
only hope to break this guaranteed majority vote
that the Mayor thinks cannot be broken. It is up
to both of you to stand up and and get mad as
%$#& and not put up with it anymore! Do not
for a moment underestimate the people that live in
Nolensville. They are honest and patient people,
but after a while they will not put up with "WIMPS".
The ball is in your court you can run with it or
dribble it away. Readers of the blog have had it...
just read their comments they don't like the Mayor's
Majority Mess. It is time to support the voters
that put you in office. We know you both can do it!
SEND IN YOUR COMMENTS & EMAILS ASAP.

Wimps, is to nice of a word for these men.
Did they not take a oath of office?
If they have lied to the people that trusted them, they will have to answer to a higher calling for their deception.
Its not ot late to do the right thing for the people of Nolensville.

It sure makes it easy to see who not to vote for! You have been saying for a long time that Felts and Dugger need to go this election.
Can Alexander be recalled as well?

Still no code of ethics...not surprising with this mayor. Maybe he is waiting for his developer friends to write it for him.
