NEW 2-STORY TOWN HALL FOR NOLENSVILLE OPENS ON BACK-SIDE OF NEW TOWN MALL?

Developer of Nolensville new town mall says
..."He hopes the new town hall would be the
center piece of the new town mall"

Great...then why did he locate the new
town hall smack-dab in the middle of the
back side? Some center-piece? Wanna
know why developer put town hall on the
back-side? Follow the money? It's harder
to lease store fronts on the back side!

And why did the Mayor and two alderman
vote to spend a half million dollars for this
back-side location? Hang on that's just for
1.6 acres (maybe) the actual town hall will
cost much more. How much nobody knows?

Vice-Mayor Dugger and Alderman Curtsinger
voted against the back-side location. Do you
get the feeling that another developer is about
to "rip-off" our elected office holders? This is
probably the 17th time, but who is counting?

Hello from Franklin. Couldn't help but see how another developer has taken your Mayor and alderman to the cleaners. In Franklin we are used to developers telling our Mayor, etc. what and how to vote. Too bad your town leaders cannot think for themselves.

You must not have been there.
Dugger and Curtsinger didn't vote against the back side location.
They asked the mayor to hold her horses and wait. They voted against buying property the developer couldn't sell to anyone else.
a town hall next to Dollar store.
Too bad Nolensville.

The land includes the unsellable hole part that floods.
Taxpayers are the ones taken to the cleaners.

1:02AM is right! Developers always give the town the short end. He can't sell the flood plain or lease it to anyone else except the Mayor of Nolensville. When will these elected people wake up and see how they are being "hosed" by developers?

The New Rocky Fork road finally opened, the Mayor stated that it
was like a tough pregnancy and difficult birth, I guess when the
12 million dollar town hall opens
it will feel like giving birth to
quadruples

Traffic on Newsome lane and the new Rockyfork road is a headache. Whats up with that - I know the Mayor is resting easy since it's not on her road

Well the Rockyfork road baby has arrived and the Mayor needs to get some big diapers - she has a lot of dung to clean up after this
