BREAKING NEWS! NOLENSVILLE MAYOR OFFERS TO PAY FOR SINGLE TRAFFIC LITE TO ATTRACT HOME DEPOT?

YOU DECIDE?
....Will one traffic light convince the
developers of the 120,000 sq. ft. shopping center
at Burkitt Place to decide to build it or not? FYI one
traffic light costs from $80 to $100,000 dollars com-
pared to the multi-million dollar shopping center.
Newspaper reporter says it looks like it very well
may not happen? Click here.

How out-of-touch can the Mayor really be? A shopping center of this size combined with Home Depot can afford 4 or more traffic lights without the help of the Mayor of Nolensville. How pathetic!

Franklin got Nissan to relocate to Cool Springs by canceling any tax for decades. Nolensville Mayor is way out of her league. She could offer the entire estimated tax of 6 million over the next 20 years and still be outclassed. Nolensville needs a professional city manager ASAP.

the newspaper does not tell the whole story.
also 10:37 why whould they give up all the tax income? thats silly.

the developer says it is only because of the economy and Home Depot closing stores all over the country that may slow it down or keep it from coming.

Hello 11:48 just what did the newspaper leave out? You didn't tell us what details were left out?
Is it because you don't know? You missed the whole point...it will take way more than a single traffic lite to attract Home Depot.
Nolensville needs a professional city manager who is experienced in the big leagues.
