FOUR HOURS JUST ISN'T ENOUGH TIME TO FIRE LOCAL POLICEMAN FOR 2ND TIME? MAYOR TO WAFFLE AGAIN?

Read here why four hours isn't enough
time to cobble together enough hearsay
to fire Nolensville policeman a second
time? It's "waffle time" again in town
hall. Which means forget what the judge
said...just
keep on "blurring" the rules
and fire Mr. Holt without any reason?

Can you believe this? No complaints in
personnel file? So all the town hall is
left to do is try and work around the
personnel regulations and fire Mr. Holt
a second time?

Is it any wonder that Franklin Judge said
the Mayor and town attorney acted in a
very capricous and arbitrary manner in
trying to fire Mr.Holt the first time? Also
scolded them for not followng their own
personnel regulations.

HOOAH! Mr.Mayhew, Holt's attorney wants
more time to question additional witnesses.
Good for him. It won't take long to separate
fact from fiction, rumor and hearsay. But
don't hold your breath that the final ruling
will be fair. As the Judge said..."Mr. Holt still
doesn't know to this day why he was fired."

Whatever happened to double jeopardy? How can town drag this police officer back to court over and over UNTIL they get the verdict they want? Due process just doesn't exist in Nolensville?

Not sure but I am told another kangaroo court has been called for 8am 11/26 to try and fire Mr. Holt for the third time? Don't know if the public can attend? If so look at the time...everybody will be at work. This little or no attendance from the public will allow all the town hall "kangaroos" to railroad Mr. Holt out of town. Small town justice can be a wonderful thing?

Our police dept. is great just the way it is. Mr. Holt is a state certified experienced officer, he shouldn't have a problem getting a job somewhere else in law enforcement.
