FRANKLIN'S NEW MAYOR IS JOHN SCHROER, FORMER DEVELOPER & VETERAN SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER!

Schroer got 63%
of the votes for
Franklin Mayor.

Unlike former
Mayor Miller he
is seen by many
as an honest
and fair person.

Bad news is that he is an ex-developer and
it appears that Franklin will be faced with a
guaranteed majority vote of 6 vs: 2?

Unfortunately, Franklin, like Nolensville
is known as a development community
being surrounded by an unstoppable
flood of new housing developments.

Hope springs eternal and local voters
need to keep track of the records of the
people holding elected offices.

Nolensville will have another election
and hopefully local residents and voters
will vote for a totally new team not tied to
any special interests or individuals.

HOW DARE THE CLINTON'S ATTACK RUDY'S PERSONAL LIFE?

The things to know about the Clinton Parasites
is that Bill was a pathetic excuse for a President
who was little more than a draft-dodging, tax-
evading, dope-smoking, coke-sniffing, drug
dealing, money-laundering, pants-dropping,
weenie-wagging, wife-cheating, womanizing,
masturbating, liar and thief, that was convicted
of perjury, impeached and disbarred, trailer
park troll who has secured a place in history
as our nation’s biggest embarrassment.
The only thing I need to know about Hillary
is that she is no better than her
criminal business partner!

Remember almost everything the Clinton's did
while in the White House they did before in the
Governor's office in Arkansas...even stealing
the furniture. Wake up American Voters
!

What does Franklin Mayor and Nolensville Vice-Mayor Have in Common? Well, they are both Real Estate Agents Accepting Sales Commissions While in Office

Tom Miller, Mayor
of Franklin didn't
tell his alderman
that he
made a
$171,347.00 sales
commission from
a developer of
Spring Center
in 2006.

Nobody can tell what he did to earn the money
and he was not listed anywhere in the contract?

Hold On! Here comes Nolensville's Vice-Mayor
who is listed as the real estate agent for 63 acres
at 7481 Nolensville Road now for sale today for
$2,250.000. Wanna guess who owns that land?
You got it! Ken Kelley Real Estate close friend
of our Vice-Mayor, Walter (Tommy) T. Dugger.

Kelley bought the 63 acres in June 2006 and
paid $1,683.000.

Now some 16 months later Kelley increases
the price by $522,000. Kelley bought the 63
acres for $16,849.00 per acre and now it is for
sale at $35,000 per acre. Not bad at all!

Now here's the 64 $dollar question? Why on
earth would Ken Kelley select our Vice-Mayor,
Walter (Tommy) T. Dugger to be the listing
agent for this prime future sub-division?

Well look no further than Franklin's Mayor who
was paid $171,000 sales commission for Spring
Creek Centre off Mallory Lane in Franklin.

Don't forget the fact that Franklin's Mayor did
not tell his own
alderman about the $172,000
sales commission. And you can
rest assured
our Vice-Mayor won't tell anyone how much he
stands to make on the sale of this $2,250,000
land owned by
Ken Kelley.

And you are right again many will say
So What? Everybody does it! Especially,
holders of public office in smaller towns
where they don't think anybody knows
or really cares?

Granted, Franklin is "infected" with all kinds
of real estate
agents/developers, etc. holding
public office. Unfortunately, Nolensville is also
afflicted with the same situation.

And yes,
the town's Code of Ethics attempts
to caution anyone holding an elected
office to avoid the appearance of any kind
of conflict of interest?

Trouble is the town board cannot seem to
enforce the Code of Ethics in a fair and im-
partial way?
Just like their inability to follow
their own personnel regulations when they
fired our local Police Officer. The Judge
made his opinion very clear when he des-
cribed the town's actions as arbitrary
and without due process.

The puppet play marches on...the Puppet-
meister Dugger
and the Pudmeister
Alexander continue to "pull" the
strings
of our Puppet Mayor. So what else is new?

PS: Planning Commission voted to rezone
the Marusa property from Suburban Resid-
ential to Commercial--a SLAM DUNK! The
corner of Sunset & Nolensville Rd.---
owned & developed by Ken Kelley with new
offices for Walter (Tommy) T. Dugger,
insurance and real estate. How quaint!

Guess who was the Real Estate listing
agent for the sale of the corner property
(Sunset/Nolensville Rd.) to Ken Kelley?
None other than our Vice-Mayor who
received the sales commission. What
about the "flood-plain" behind this
property? READ THIS ASAP!
