police officer. Mayor said "the board's vote

was less a vote on Holt's arguments than a

vote of confidence in Rigsby, Police Chief."

Hold that statement in your brain cells for a

moment...then ask yourself..WHAT IS THIS?

Holt's defense and arguments were not really

important--what is important is to support

the police chief "regardless of the evidence?"

Here's more...the Mayor said "The officer's

attorney was focusing on specific events

and trying to create innuendo,'"DUH???

SURPRISE..that's called defending your

client? Lopsided justice appears to be at

work here...ignore defendant's attorney and

the evidence he presents.

Finally, the truth "will out"..the Mayor said

the board's job is to determine "Do we

support this department head?" (Police

Chief). You decide? Seems like they do

regardless of the specific events, like the

well known "grudge-war" between the

Chief and the officer and absolutely no

violation of the rules. Sorry Charlie you

are OUT! Remember old girl friends can

make make anybody growl, groan and

hold a grudge no matter what!

Fraternal Order of Police may very well

appeal this case in Chancery court and

they probably will said Mayhew attorney

for Charlie Holt.

You say how can this go on like this????

Don't forget in the state of Tennessee you

can fire anyone "without cause"..you do not

have to produce any evidence or record of

unacceptable behavior. Just do it !

Police Chief Rigsby said law allows him to

fire and hire "at will" (who is will?) or at his

discretion. HEADS UP! Fellow police officers

and everybody working at town hall...your

employment is based on a very slim thread

of "how the Mayor and Board feel about you

at any moment in time."

First, it was Alderman Felts in 2006 who got
"censured" without any legal representation,

Second, it was Alderman Curtsinger who got
accused by the "FABULOUS FIVE" of all
kinds of Code of Ethics violations. SUPRISE!

rose to any kind of level of violation."
(Town Lawyer, Notestine, decides whether to

This thursday's Appeals Hearing @ 2 PM is for
Nolensville Policeman, Charlie Holt, who was
fired for what nobody knows? The track record
to date of our FABULOUS FIVE makes one
wonder how much fair and impartial justice will
be dispensed.

We are told Mr. Holt and his attorney can call
people as "relevant" witinesses. OPPS! Make
a note of that word 'RELEVANT" WITINESSES!

We are told that the Mayor (the Judge) will
decide who is and who isn't a RELEVANT
WITNESS? So you decide? The Judge controls
both ends of the hearing and everything in-
between...good luck Charlie!!

We checked with Tennessee Municipal League
(Lawyers) and they told us the town board's
decision would be final, but that Charlie Holt
could appeal the verdict and Chancery Court
would assume jurisdiction over the appeal.

(Nobody cares? Just write the check payable to

11. Where is the money for FireHall Expansion?
($250,000 was ok'd in 2006 despite Dugger's
opposition--better make sure it's still there?)

12. Where is the money for new sewer lines for
Historic/Commercial area? Estimates run from
$650,000 up? Where's the "grant money" for
this Mayor and what are you doing about it?

13. Where is the money from the new 50%
increase in our property tax and how will it
be spent? Is it shown in this budget???

14.Where is the money or the TDOT FAMOUS
BY-PASS AROUND THE TOWN?? MAYOR

the dirty little secret is that the solar panels don't
really create much energy after all. Belle Meade
thinks they are an eyesore and so far haven't
approved their usage period. Look at that sign
what is "conditional use" mean--just temporary
until the media pressure dies down?

It's been a bad week for these two performers!
Puppet-Mayor didn't attend important BUDGET
meeting on thurs. so the puppet-meister Dugger
enjoyed a evening of PAYBACK directed at those
who have opposed him in past meetings.

He refused to fund the Volunteer Fire Dept. for
some $9,250 as a PAYBACK to the fire chief &
one alderman for getting approval of $250,000
to expand fire department last fall which he
fought against and lost control of meeting.

Then Dugger asked board to OK spending
$8,500 for fireworks on July 4th! Another
slap in the face to local residents who would
much rather protect their homes by funding
the fire department. Total lack of fiscal respon-
sibility and more "madness" from the Mayor?

Today is Wednesday and more bad news for
the puppet-Mayor, Dugger the puppetmeister
and fellow clowns. Their attempt to smear their
fellow alderman Curtsinger "did not rise to a
level" that violated town ethical policies. So
alderman Curtsinger was cleared of all charges
against him that were filed by town lawyer one
Mr. Notestine and voted to proceed on by a
majority of fellow aldermen and the then inter-
im mayor Dugger.

He stood on the sidelines and watched the

about Sherry Knapper and former town
zoning manager Woodruff. (Notestine did
rule on L. Moses's ethics charges as not
rising to the level of anything worthwhile)

How about the rest of the board and our new
puppet-mayor? Can we expect fair and impartial
treatment on future code of ethics violations?
Remember this was the group that "railroaded"
former aldermen Felts into a violation of the code
of ethics WITHOUT ANY PROOF, HEARING OR
OUTSIDE LEGAL REPRESENTATION.

Breaking News!!!!!! Local Police Officer Charles
Holt has been fired and he has appealed the firing--
hearing to be held on 4/19/07. Hope Mr. Fair &
Impartial will be invited to the meeting?

Bottom Line Folks! The chickens are coming
home to roost right in the middle of our local
clown show! The outside legal counsel hired
by town to "railroad" Curtsinger said in effect
that this was "nonsense"! So why did our town
counsel say it was a legitimate ethics violation?
Who does Mr. Notestine represent? Follow the
money. Town Mayor pays him. Enough said!

So where do we go from here?? How many will
it take to watch this circus unfold...flounder
and fail for four years?? Our last election was
an example of the worst kind of dirty politics.
And yes, we are stuck with the leftovers still
playing their dirty tricks.

residents of new housing developments...when our
excellent VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT. cannot get to
your house in time due to BUDGET CUTS YOU CAN

David Rowland who serves on the budget committee
said they couldn't give the VOLUNTEER fire depart-
ment the money they need BECAUSE last fall in a
meeting that Dugger (lost control of )when he refused
to OK $250,000 to expand the fire station IT PASSED
OVER HIS OBJECTIONS! FOLKS IT IS PAYBACK
TIME IN NOLENSVILLE. Dugger deeply dislikes the
fire chief and it appears the feeling is mutual.

The newspaper article says the "proposed" budget
calls for $3.9 Million in spending and includes a 2-cent
property tax?? However, with the tax hike this budget
team still had to cut $250,000 from budget requests
made by town departments. Makes you wonder just
who is in control???

And if all the above isn't enough to make you "weep"
Dugger said a never before known budget item...of
ONE MILLION DOLLARS was being set aside (from
where?) for a new town hall. Dugger justified this by
saying it was on a five-year capital improvements
plan? A never before non-existant capital budget
and NOT APPROVED BY THE BOARD????

WAKE UP NOLENSVILLE! LET'S HEAR FROM YOU
NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!! OF COURSE YOU
CAN IGNORE IT ALL AND ENJOY WATCHING THE

A Disgrace (To Her Country & Her Gender)

It's not enough that Nancy Pelosi wanted to
offer "photo op" credibility to the leadership
of Syria -- that's right, the people who run an
acknowledged state sponsor of terror, who
have been linked to the assassination and
attempted destabilization of Lebanon, who
coddle Hezbollah, and throw in their lot with
Iran.

Apparently it's not even enough that she
dons a hijab -- a symbol to many women
around the world, including in the Middle East,
of oppression.No, she can't even get it right
when she attempts to convey a "message"
from Israel to Syria, thereby forcing the Israeli
Prime Minister to put out a clarification that
exposes her incompetence or her duplicity.

It's really doesn't matter whether Pelosi was
deliberately deceitful or just hopelessly naive
and inadequate -- it's still a pretty ugly scenario.
If a sexist mastermind had striven to create a
national leader that would dissuade Americans
from ever putting a woman in the commander-
