VOTE FOR CURSTINGER FOR MAYOR.

Mrs. Beth-Weavers-Lothers (95 Points)
*Currently serving as an unelected/appointed
alderman 4/06 until 11/06.
*No prior local government in-office experience!
*Distributed Town Survey that 83% voted NO
to Planned Unit Housing Developments!
*Married with children living in McFarlin Woods
since 1999.
*College Graduate & Former Airline Stewardess.
*Lothers was appointed by Interim Mayor to
Oversee a Design Review Committee that
offers suggestions to Planning Commission.
Some on Planning Commission feel it should
be incorporated and supervised by Planning
Commission.
*Lothers is trying to work with local businesses
to change the town law that limits the number
flags that can be displayed. Progress is very
slow and no changes can happen till 2/07?
*Worked as an aide during college in various
political offices in Arizona.
*Involved in Cub Scouts, NES, Brownies,
Fellowship Bible Church and Recreation
Baseball.
*Her brief record as an unelected/appointed
alderman reveals her inexperience in public
office and her difficulty in decision-making.
She prefers "peace" at any and all costs unable
to "lead" the way. Would rather hang back
and wait and see until it is way too late.
*Her background and experience do not equip
her to serve as our Mayor.
*She says she is for one-half acre lots, but
continues to vote with Dugger's guaranteed
majority unable to think for herself.
*She refused to vote for the funds to expand
our local fire hall and sided with Dugger and
Alexander. Only after a protracted, out-of-
control board meeting did she finally vote to
support the Fire Chief and expansion of hall.
She is unable to separate herself from Dugger,
Alexander and Felts.
*She describes a very large and expensive
Recreation Center for Nolensville. But does
not have the fainest idea how to pay for it?
*She refers to those that have "served" under
her "leadership" know that she uses the talents
of those around her? What leadership is she
referring to? And who are these so-called
"servant" people? DUH? Folks leaders lead
and people follow them because they know
what they are doing and where they are going!
A quality Lothers hasn't exhibited to date?
*Four (4) recent examples of her failure at being
a leader! She couldn't decide whether to censure
alderman Felts. She couldn't decide whether to
support our firefighters and come next February
2007 she just might decide what to do about the
stupid flag ordinance. In 10/5 board meeting she
continues to vote with Dugger, Alexander & Felts
in "illegal" #6-20 Ordinance to put town funds
into Peoples State Bank. She is a "puppet" of the
Dugger guaranteed majority and cannot vote
otherwise. She doesn't deserve any votes for
Mayor. She has betrayed all of the 83% voters
in the 2004 survey against PUD's.
Based on all of the facts, we cannot recommend
voting for Lothers for Mayor. Her background
doesn't equip her for the kinds of difficult decision
making a Mayor has to be able to do. True leader-
ship may or may not include "peace-making"? It
does include leadership..a sometimes lonely and
uncertain position far ahead of most followers.
We need a leader...."either lead...follow or get out
of the way." We have lost millions of dollars in
impact fees and allowed our town to be taken
over by high-density developers. Tip toeing thru
the tulips blowing consensus kisses at the develop-
ers just won't get it done.

will keep them informed about growth and
work with the people not against them.
*He has previously ran for County Comm-
issioner, Sheriff and Alderman and lost all
three campaigns.
*He has run a grocery store for 5 years and
a Cable business for 8 years.
*He is for larger lot sizes and thinks the home
developers should pay for the roads, etc.
*He has never served on any of the town
boards or commissions, but says he is well
aware of how they work.
*We were unable to determine his educational
background or any advanced degrees he may
have.
*He did sue the Nolensville/Brentwood over an
overlay problem and after two years withdrew
the suit after the town offered to pay the legal
fees.
Based on the facts above we cannot recommend
Mr. Solomon for Mayor

Mr. Solomon has never ran for mayor. He has never sued Nolensville over annexation. Some folks on Britian lane sued and settled for an amount. Mr. Solomon and others sued Brentwood and Nolensville over an illegal overlay on his and others property. Brentwood was the culprit on this. When Brentwood told Nolensville that they would agree to move this overlay that was put on the properties without notice or hearings, Nolensville agreed to pay what legal bills were in at the time, That was 20000.00. Mr. Solomon and the others in the lawsuit ate the other 15000.00 or so. Mr, Solomon and the others supported annexation. Mr Solomon is a business man and supports the city manager concept. He supports many families in his business. He has nothing on his TBI record not even a speeding ticket. No law suites of any kind except fot the overlay issue. He would be an assest to the community . PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE ENTERING THIS INFORMATION ON THE BLOG> HE HAS AN OPEN DOOR POLICY. JUSY ASK HIM ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW.
If Soloman doesn't have a record( which we know was expunged by the judge) why does he carry a copy of his TBI record with him. Is he on their honor roll or something?
Remember, the moon shines east and the moon shines west, but in some cellars, the moon shines best.
Wht would someone vote for Solomon who has financed his campaign with lawsuit money from Nolensville. The Solomon lawsuit cost the town over $20,000. Now there is a guy who is going to work for the betterment of this town.
