IT WON'T BE LONG NOW...TILL NEW MAYOR & BOARD BILL YOU FOR A HEFTY TOWN PROPERTY TAX!

New Budget figures show town budget for street
and road maintenance is 188% OVER BUDGET!
Town has spent $236,000 year-to-date trying to
service all the old and NEW STREETS. Wanna
guess how much more OVER BUDGET town will
be come spring time?
How much money going down the ole drain hole?
Well look at 369% OVER BUDGET in Professional
services? And 136% OVER BUDGET IN Architect-
ural & Engineering services? Is this where the new
Design/Review bobble is paid for? With more time
and budget records we will report on the rest of the
budget story.

Taxes headed our way. NEW TOWN property taxes
for both old and new residents. Sorry about that!
Our town hall leaders approved one new housing
development after another without the funds to
service them. Thanks to their lack of responsibility
everybody gets to PAY!
Yes...our new mayor and new/old vice-mayor will
no doubt DENY THAT A NEW PROPERTY TAX
IS ON THE WAY! Do not believe it! When is the
last time you could believe a POLITICAN?
Not unlike lawyers how can you tell if they indeed
are "fibbing?" If their lips are moving they are!
The State legislature has opened all of Tennessee
to the biggest land grab in the history of the State.
NO MORE IMPACT FEES means housing deve-
lopers and realtors have a totally free and clear
path ahead. No more charges to help fund the
schools, road maintenance, fire and police
departments.
Just like Nolensville, most smaller towns in all of the
95 counties don't have professionals in office to deal
with developers and realtors. In fact, just like Nolens-
ville many towns have realtors and developers on the
board. Bottom line...towns are held hostage to these
lobby groups i.e. realtors/developers.

BOMA meets tonight? Wonder how many will show up? Probably not many? We would like to go, but the ONE-WAY communications during the meeting keeps most people away! You get 3 minutes to ask a question and they don't have to answer anything??? It is just too bad voters put back in office the same people who refuse to openly talk to local residents. See Ya!
